"Order was correct, delivery was a little slow"
I ordered a few coffee capsules from lorcoffee.com, and to be fair, everything in the box was exactly right. The flavours and quantities all matched what I picked, so no complaints there.
The delivery did take a bit longer than I was expecting, which was slightly annoying, especially since the updates weren’t very clear. Still, I’ll give them credit because nothing was missing or swapped out.
Overall, I’d probably give it 4 stars. The order accuracy was good, which matters most to me, but the shipping communication could definitely be better...

"Pretty easy return"
I ordered the wrong pods, so I had to return them. The process was, actually, it was straightforward, and my refund showed up a few days later.

"They didn’t really fit my machine"
I got these L'OR capsules because the website said they work with Nespresso machines, so I figured they’d be fine in mine. But about half of them either got stuck or barely dripped anything out, which was annoying. Maybe my machine is picky, but if it says compatible then I feel like they should just work. Ended up wasting coffee and cleaning up the mess more than once. Customer service wasn’t much help either, just kind of gave basic copy-paste answers. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Delivery was honestly unreliable"
I ordered some coffee and the whole delivery process was kind of a mess. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself and still didn’t get any helpful info. It ended up showing up way later than expected. The coffee itself is fine, no real complaints there, but ordering from the site again? probaly not.

"Smells really nice while it brews"
I really like the smell of this when it’s brewing. The aroma is warm and inviting, better than some others I’ve tried, though... It just makes the whole kitchen smell nice.

"good coffee, finicky machine"
the coffee itself tastes really nice, but the machine can be hit or miss. it randomly stops sometimes and i have to restart it more often than i’d like, which gets a little annoying.

The site was easy enough to use, and I found the coffee I wanted quickly. Checkout went through without any problems, so that was nice. I did get a little confused by the filters at times though, I wasn’t always sure what they were narrowing down

The box showed up nice and neat, nothing crushed or messy. The pods were protected well too, so overall it was a smooth delivery.

"Still never have the coffee I actually want"
I keep having the same frustrating experience here. I’ll go to order the pods I really like, already basically tasting that first cup in my head, and then they’re out of stock again. It’s so annoying checking back and seeing nothing has changed. At this point, it reminds me of being disappointed before I’ve even had my morning coffee. there’s not much reason to use the site if the things I want are never available

"Decent coffee, just feels a bit expensive"
I’ve ordered from LOR Coffee a few times now and, I mean, the coffee is okay. It’s not bad or anything, but for the price I guess I was expecting something a bit more... I don’t know, special? Delivery was fine too, nothing really to complain about, but nothing that stood out either. The capsules get expensive quickly, and after a while I just didn’t feel like the taste really justified the extra cost. Not terrible at all, just not great value for me personally.

The coffee itself was decent, honestly. But the delivery took so long I was starting to wonder if they were growing the beans first. I was annoyed the whole time... then it showed up and tasted fine, so now I’m only half mad.

Really like the coffee. Smooth. I also appreciate that they mention recycling the capsules, which is nice. That said, I did have to dig around a bit to figure out exactly what I was supposed to do with them. Annoying. Overall I’m happy with it, but the recycling instructions could definitely be simpler.

The site looks decent enough, but I’m not totally sure I’d feel comfortable ordering again. Some of the info seemed a bit unclear to me, and it kind of made me question the brand a little...

"It worked, just felt a little clunky"
I did end up finding what I needed, but it was kind of slow loading different pages. Checkout on my phone also felt a bit confusing, and that made it a little frustrating.

I ordered some coffee and something went wrong with the delivery, so I reached out to support a couple of times. Then it was just nothing for days, which felt really off. When they finally replied, it was super short and didn’t really solve anything. The whole thing just left a bad feeling, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Checkout just would not go through"
I was trying to order coffee from lorcoffee.com the other night, literally sitting at my kitchen table with a half-dead phone and a mug from breakfast still next to me. My card was working fine everywhere else, but their checkout page just kept spinning forever and then dumped me back into the cart with no actual explanation.
I tried again later thinking maybe the site was just having a moment, but nope, same thing happened. After a couple rounds of re-entering stuff and staring at the loading circle, I gave up. It really shouldn’t be that much of a hassle to buy coffee online.

"Coffee seemed a little stale to me"
Maybe I’m being picky, but the pods smelled kind of old when I opened them, not fresh like I was expecting. I know everyone’s taste is different, but to me the coffee just didn’t come across as fresh...

"Pretty decent subscription, but a little clunky"
I’ve been using the L’OR coffee subscription for a few months now, and overall it’s been good. The coffee itself is nice, and most of my deliveries showed up when they were supposed to. For some reason though, changing my order felt more annoying than it needed to be.
I also had one box arrive late, and there wasn’t much of an update while I was waiting. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just a bit frustrating. I might keep the subscription going, but I’m still on the fence.

"Got there eventually"
Had a problem with my order and I was already a bit tired of having to chase yet another customer service team. It took a few emails back and forth, which was more hassle than I wanted, but they did get back to me and sorted it in the end. Not the quickest fix, but fair enough, it’s resolved now.

"I’ve made coffee with this the same way..."
I’ve made coffee with this the same way every time, but somehow it comes out tasting different almost every brew. Maybe I’m missing something, but it kind of feels like the machine isn’t doing its part consistently.
